Based upon the concepts developed and proven in aviation GAT has developed error prevention training to provide the same benefits for businesses outside of the aerospace industry. This training examines the factors which affect an individual's performance within the team in order to reduce adverse events caused by human error or incorrect practice, which could risk harm to an employee or the public and thereby cause financial loss to the company or damage to the customer relationship.
